We have literally been trying to cancel our contract for two years and still haven't managed to do it. We asked to cancel due to bad health right in the first month and received a response saying "sorry to see you go". We thought that meant they were at least processing the cancellation but then got a call saying we owed R900. We agreed and paid it and thought all was over. Next thing we get a message saying they are handing our lack of payment over to lawyers. We explained the above to them but they say that isn't cancellation. Our invoice shows the R900 we paid but they will not accept that. There seems no way to finalise this. Months go by, we think it is over, then another demand comes and we start the process over again. Ridiculous!
