Branch Employee rudeness and Slow Service to the Highest level - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

We would like to follow up our parcel in LBC antipolo Church branch. It has been 13 days, it is bound to Tanay Rizal only. Tracking # 313207654821. Upon checking, It is in Cainta Delivery Cargo Team for 10 days now and counting. The rude LBC employee told us if we want to get our parcel they can only pay us 5k for the insurance or we can go ahead and get our parcel in Cainta by ourselves. Of course, that is not what we want. We only want our parcel back. Employee proactively promoting the insurance assuming that our parcel will be missing or can't be delivered. She added na, kapag nawala 5k lang iaabot namin sa inyo. So bakit mawawala? That is our question. What are you guys doing with our parcel? Are you intentionally don't want us to receive it if its something valuable and offer just to get the insurance instead? LBC antipolo church and Cainta Delivery Team. What are you up to? I have been doing business with you for a while now LBC Tanay is far great when it comes to service. So disappointed. I only want my package. I can't contact both Antipolo and Cainta Cargo Delivery Team. No one answers. No timeline provided. Worst service ever.
