Refund for the Wrong Item Delivered - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

I ordered a tablet through online (Facebook Page) on January 2, 2021 and received the item on January 14, 2021, unfortunately the tablet i received was not the one I ordered (in terms of size, specs, ram and no freebies) the tablet also defective. The box containing the tablet also tampered, there was a other slip below my order slip and it was not sealed. I immediately contact the customer service about my problem and advice to file an Incident Report on the said branch which is Holy Spirit Branch. In the next morning, January 15, 2021, I filed an incident report requesting for refund, I also made several follow-ups regarding my complaint in their customer service but until now, march 5, 2021 my refund is not yet release. Also the FB page which i ordered the tablet are no longer present.
