POOR SERVICE - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

The assigned person who will deliver my parcel did not sent me any text or call me before the delivery.I am from Mabinay,Negros Oriental...For how many times this things happened...And on the 1st day of delivery I ask the one who call me if can I get it on the next day since I am not aware so I did not bring money that will suit the said amount.But the he just said the they will return it to the sender on the next day...please make an action to solve this.Thank you.
