The installation was supposed to happen today but we were told that there is no available box near our area, and that all slots have already been filled. It contradicts the information given by us on September 9 about the new box installed in our area which is WHAT WE APPLIED AND PAID FOR.
YOU ASK US TO PAY WITHIN 7 DAYS TO SECURE OUR SLOT AND HAVE US WAIT FOR MONTHS FOR NOTHING. THERE IS EVEN NO FURTHER NOTICE ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE BOX. What is this? Were you only giving us false hopes?
