Paid subscription but it has not yet been effective
I paid subscription of 12000 for my gotv account number 4622868434 on 02 Feb 2021.
My subscription has not yet been effected since then.

I got my go TV in 2014 but its not showing some channels like or decorders wats the problem

I paid for subscription in Feb but up to now I have not yet been logged in. I paid twice after the first attempt failed.
