> I would like to complain about my connection status to converge ict solutions inc branch here in Daet, Camarines Norte. After typhoon rolly (Nov1) our internet connection was lost. despite several follow up still no update on scheduled fixing of our internet connection then there was a billing emailed to me to pay for the subscription for the month though we dont have connection. Last dec.5 my connection address was transferred and successfully installed but the next day internet connection was lost again. then I follow up again twice but there is no progress. I would like to ask for help on how can I refund my payment for nov. bill and transfer fees of 2500? up to date I still no internet connection and I am anticipating for another billing again for this month.
