Settlement Letter - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good day.

I have been struggling to get a settlement letter from vodacom for 3 months now. After numerous calls, all the consultants just say that they will escalate a query on the system. I can't get any sort of financing from the bank because vodacom failed to update my credit record at the credit beurau also 3 months ago. This is unacceptable. Now the consultants just drop the phone in my ear because they can't help me. This is poor client service from vodacom and I did my part as the client to settle my account. My hands is tied now because vodacom is failing the past 3 months to provide me with a settlement letter so that I can update my credit profile myself at the credit beurau. I'm discusted by the service that I am receiving from vodacom.
