Expected delivery time is 5pm our food was delivered pass 8 pm yesterday Fathers Day - Consumer Complaint for Shakeys

We called 10 am in the morning for an advance order for the Fathers Day Celebration yesterday and it was confirmed that our order was accepted by Shakeys Branch V Central Molino BLvd Bacoor Cavite Branch with the expected time of delivery at 5 pm. However our order did not arrive so I called your hotline and I was instructed to wait for the call of the branch who will deliver us our food but they did not call us . I called four to five times I think the same instruction was given to me but the branch did call me back. So we were left hanging for how many hours in waiting and not sure if the food will be delivered to us. we decided to buy food in another food chain so us not to keep my family waiting.Our food was delivered pass 8 pm the rider saw that our house is already closed all of us are already in our own rooms preparing to rest.We should have celebrated Fathers Day but it caused us stress for the long hours and uncertainty if our food will be delivered.The branch did not even take time to call us , despite our effort in calling the hotline.I think my call yesterday June 21 was recorded you could try to review the time of my calls and how many times I follow up.
