Bad Service - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

Good evening all,

My name is GLADYS Masilela I am not happy about the treatment and the service that I got at ok furniture in Siyabuswa Mall.

On Sunday the 31st of June 2020 at about 12:41 I went to the store to purchase for myself a car hover then

1. We stood next to the product half an hour and no one attend to me and I called the male sales assistant who was stationed by the entrance and his response was that he can not leave the department unmanned and then I decided to call the lady who was walking around immediately when the lady was coming to me the guy with the black golf t shirt with black cap on without face Musk as we all requered to comply with COVID-19 standards however him walking at the sales floor without must putting all customers entering the store at risking our lifes exposing us to COVID-19.

The guy called the lady back to him not assist me as customer as I understand that ok treat customer first.i had to call him to come and assist me however he just looked at me and walk into the office and I told them that I am here to buy please then the lady decided to come and assist me it was like they making favor for to sell me the hover.

As I was desperate to buy a car hover and I always buy my products at ok as it is the quality store for me I did continue of waiting for them to help me. The sad part when I arrived at home I found our that the car hover is missing set number (4) I immediately contacted the store trying to understand if set no 4 I am supposed to buy it separately or what they ask me to send them whatsaap of everything that I have with me to them.

The biggest thing that I am not satisfied with as per the lady it was a factory falt that they didn't put set no 4 and they took the one for the display and give it to me. As there was a factory falt mentioned in the machine y they did not give me new box as I brought it back same day now I am sitting with faulty machine and I paid for R799. 00.

I have beg three sales assistant to help me and when I walk out the same guy that didn't wanna leave the department unmanned was sitting laying on top of the couch with white head phones on sitting like a boss.

Please can you please advise me what will I do going forward if the faulty product is giving me problem??
