More than 1 month Pending Delivery - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I sent the package last December 16, 2020 from Isabel, Leyte to Bayog, Zamboanga del sur. It was explained that it may take 2-3 weeks before it can be delivered. I keep on tracking my package and it was already at Buug, Zamboanga del sur last December 23, 2020, Buug is just 30-45mins away from Bayog. After 3 weeks there was still no new update on the location of the package. I called LBC customer service for update. I was told that the area was out of their boundary, however, I rebutted that the first package I sent has successfully arrived two weeks after sending it. They verified the address for redelivery. 3 days passed still the item was not delivered, so I called lbc hotline the 2nd time and they told me that the item is already on the way to Bayog, that was January 15, 2021. However, until now no package has been received. I tried calling Buug Office for more than 5 times yet no one is answering. I messaged customer service using their email address yet I did not received any reply. I am beyond disappointed and I would really want to escalate this concern to the higher office.
