Technician Visit Cancelled - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

We have internet connection issue because the fiber cable was cut off during the typhoon and needs to be reinstated by a technician. As per Jacel (Tech Rep) she scheduled for a technician visit today 11/15, called again today around 11am to make sure that there was really a technician visit scheduled for us today and the rep said there is and that I will receive a call or text coming from the technician once they are on their way but no call or text within the day. I called and spoke with RJ (Rep id 4959) and he said the technician went to our subdivision and was denied of an entry. I verified with our security guards in our subdivision, no converge personnel tried to enter our subdivision. I asked for a callback from RJ with his supervisor but up to this time no callback was made. This is a inconvenient on our end because we are working from home and that we have children under homeschooling. If no action takem with this said email, I will escalate this problem to higher management and authorities.
