Repair Issues and bad service - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Good day

December 2016 I bought couches at Bradlows in Queenstown for R19999.00 and i noticed that they were torn at the back but I didn't have a problem because they were facing the wall and showing. Later the following year they started to crack. I went to complain at the store and the manager at tht time was Lonnie and he promised to replace them bt he only made empty promises.

I kept on going to the store and the sales lady said i should take photos she will send them to the Head Office. Unfortunately i lost my slip and the current manager asked me to write an affidavit and i did but still my complain is not being attended to but instead am told to come back the manager is off sick.

I am very disappointed in Bradlows because I've saved this money for a long time to buy quality couches but only to have lasted a short period of time. Please attended to my complain urgently because now am ready to do anything about this matter because am hurting and very angry.
