Delayed refund - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

OK Furniture - Head OfficeWe bought furniture plus minus R23.000 then before the day of the dilivery we canceled the order in store now since then we have not received our refund and we are told to wait until theres money in store we have been waiting for the entire week and I believe that is incompetent. Please assist further as we have other alternatives regarding this.
