May I please follow up the schedule of installation for our internet connection. To be honest, we are very dissapointed that it was not installed after almost a month from the date of application and payment. Please be considerate that the said internet line we applied for is for our business, thus, it is needless to say that is highly urgent and caused losses on our part. We understand that we are in the situation of pandemic and delays were inevitable. However, could you please find a way to expedite the installation the soonest possible time.
