The teller is rude - Consumer Complaint for MLhuillier Pawnshop - Mexico, Pampanga (Mexico Branch)

My mother always collect at mlhullier bulacao every month for the remittance. But on this occasion there’s something wrong with world remit. My mother end up going to the branch 4times. But the teller is not helpful at all. I think since my mother been there’s for more than once, the teller is giving her cold shoulder not even explaining what’s wrong. But my mother went to other branch and they explain that there’s world remit is experiencing technical error. I don’t think he should be in a customer service because he doesn’t have one. My mother don’t want to complain but I’m not gonna allow anyone treat my mother like that. It’s awful
