Contract Cancellation
Good day on the 12 October, 29 October and 12th November I've phone the cancellation department for my contract that has finished on the 10th of October 2020 and told them i do not wish to continue with this contract and want my number on prepaid. I went to my nearest vodashop as well and they have also submitted a request for cancellation of my contract but yesterday vodacom has deducted money from my account again

I finished to pay my cellphone contract bt vodacom keep deducting on my account,I want to cancel it. I phoned 0821958 several times with no help pls help me I want co cancel the contract pls
