I went in to your branch in Klerksdorp at Matlosana Mall. I ended the contract as my 24 months would end at 31 July 2020. I asked them to close the account as per the agreement of 30 day notice. I ha dot go back several times, I even visited the branch at Mooimed Mall in Potchefstroom. In the mean time my account was debited by R409 a month till last month. I am still waiting for the repayment of the monies debited from my account for 7 months.
I stopped the account with Vodacom due to the fact that I wanted to use the new Fibre that was installed in Klerksdorp.
