I have been waiting for. Y parcel to come. I have been out of town for 2 days so wala akong mautusan to claim but I informed already J&T that I will claim the parcel Early tomorrow pero pinareturn to sender nila. Hindi nila alam na very important yung parcel na yun and if I reorder ko I have to wait again lalo na ngayong pandemic would take 10 days for the order to come
My God J&t riders! Consideration naman! J&t gensan! Rider ricafort! Minsan nandadaya pa sa sukli yung iba at sa taripa ng delivery! Pls be fair with your customers!

I have experienced the same thing tho I have contacted j&t express and they said they returned it to seller already. I'm pissed like if I reorder it again it would take 2 weeks. I hope they will give considerations for that tho.

I also experienced that, J&T Rider in Bayawan City didn't contact me and just reported office closed when the address is my house and double entries of customer unavailable on the next day while I was out of town.
