significant amount of the package were missing - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I sent a BALIKBAYAN package last Aug and it was recieved this month of October.
The content of my box was significantly reduced and many of the items were missing.
Can foods, jerseys, curtains and towels were missing.

Why is the content missing?
