Product ruined - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

I bought bedroom suite at ok stores before lockdown only find out that they will bring a bed room suite that is ruined i did lay complain but the store manager is rude . Today they phoned told me that they are coming to fetch this ruined product so that they will exchange is for me when the supplier arrives at their store that was around 12h30 mid day today . Till now they havent phoned me am really disappointed because i paid my hard earned money and am now being taken for granted ..... i need my money or a proper bed room suite .
