The bed I bought - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

I bought a bed from ok and the condition is bad it like it 10 years old the mattress springs you can feel them and they make noise aswell, I was so excited when I bought this bed but now I have to watch how I sleep otherwise I will feel the springs.
