Too Early Cut Off Time - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I was with one of your LBC branch in Mannga Street Monuz Quezon City to send a package. I was told that they're no longer accepting any transactions. They had a cut off too early it's not even 11:00AM yet.
