Staff member of Pep Promenade clothing was terrible rude I wanted to do exchange.Carly staff member had a very stinking attitude towards me.I told her it is not what she say it is how she talk to me as a customer.As I walk towards the parcel counter one of her colleagues was asking what is wrong than she use improperly language towards me.I ask are you talking with me she said loud in the shop yes.Another customer told the staff member don't speak like that but it was a joke.I ask to speak to a manager after 45minutes Lauren came I explained what happened.Lauren she told me she never delt with a complaint like that.She ask Carly to apologize the staff member refuse her words why must.November 2020 the customer service I explained everything the person Area Manager is going to come back.Im in February 2021 it is 3months nobody contact me I'm very unhappy with the terrible service.
