No success with upgrade problem - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

A new upgrade was taken out with a new phone. On arrival the phone was dead completely. I called Vodacom who advised they would collect the phone and cancel the upgrade. They have not collected the phone, I have been bounced from agent to agent having to wait in a queue each time. Spent approximately 12 hours and many calls with no resolution. Either they can't find the collection details or I am at the wrong department. The circles of agents is endless with not one providing anything other than transferring to sales, after sales, retentions, and back again etc. Private says my account is corporate, corporate says my account is private and so the cycle continues. This is an absolute travesty..I still have no resolution 5 days later
