HEALTH PROTOCOL ISSUE - Consumer Complaint for Puregold - Head Office

This is about the Puregold Starmall SJDM Bulacan branch where I recently visited. The health protocols are obviously not followed and are ignored by management. There was no social distancing measures, even the staff are not following it. Customers are not advised and not called out when masks and face shields are not worn properly. They just let people in, and its too crowded, every step you make you will have someone in front of you. The guards at mall entrance dont care either. They are more concern in checking out receipts of people going out. You can literally step in without having to check in with contract tracing forms and sanitizing hands. The staff inside are just the same, doesnt care if safety protocols are followed or not. Obviously, the more customers would ignore them if the staff dont care. I say this because there is a branch I frequent to, which is Puregold Molino Rd in Cavite,thats very organized and they even have a personnel who is dedicated to roam around and remind customers to distance from each other and wear masks properly, and just as they should be, customers follow, and all is well organized.
