Upgrade - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

During Dec one of your sales persons phoned me for an upgrade. The upgrade had to start end of January but instead it started 01/01/2021 for R230, which was not aggreed upon, this is not according to our verbal contract over the phone, this action calls for bridge of contract from Vodacom.(plse listen to the conversation that took place during Dec 2020) Since then R230 was deducted from my account every month but no upgrade. I have phoned your customer department several times, the people on there is either uneducated or does not understand your product. Each time i must hold for about 1/2 hour but still no answers. I have phoned numerous times (plse check your records) but still no one can help me. None of them understand the problem, each time they run to the supervisor and then come up with some soppy story that only a todler will beleive.
Please, I'm sick of Vodacom, either resolve this problem or cancelle all my contract. If no response I will place a stop payment at my bank, or change my bank account, this will comence in 7 days.
