I've done an upgrade and the amount confirmed several times "R750" is not the amount im getting charged. "R850" after phoning vodacom since the 7th of October requesting them to resolve the matter and provide feedback. Still not a single agent have phoned me even though they tell me everytime someone will phone me back with feedback. They logged a request to listen to voice recordings on the 7th October already but still no feedback. When i first enquired, they said it's VAT that added to the contrat. Problem is that NO ONE confirmed that before i took the contract upgrage, if i knew it beforehand wouldn'thave taken the contract because i cant pay R100 more all of a sudden.. Im not happy about this and needs this resoved.
Im really fed up with phoning vodacom for feedback everytime and never get any service!!!

Comment My name is Kgomotso shihlane I want to sue Vodacom Midrand for lying and taking my money.this guy by the name of Fran's called on Friday claiming I won a cellphone,fridge and cash he told me they were delivering tomorrow before 16:00 and his assistant manager whom I didn't even ask his name but a white person.he told me I should deposit R450 in ms Legodi's account of which when I was busy making that transaction the lady is Teffu of which I was told she is the assistant as well I tried calling many times they even blocked my numbers I have record of everything in my phone they even made me buy a R110 Vodacom airtime that never even cleared on my phone but they took the voucher pin.this happened yesterday 30 October 2020,I and the media will be in Midrand of Monday with cameras to interview the manager for the fraud and to sue them
