I upgraded my old package AIR 1250 to a new package named FIBER 2500. I needed more speed. Converge said I needed more MBPS so I got 75 MBPS which is FIBER 2500. There is no fast speed it's the same as AIR 1250. It's very annoying with so many pauses and freezes. Plain and simple Converge tricking people that Fiber is fast it's not. I go to the Angeles City Office and complain and Converge said they would send me an email to download a do a speed test. I did. It's slow, so the tech person said to me it's the heat is the room that's causing the slow internet and ask if I had the modem near the window at that point I said to myself it's pointless to hold a conversation with this person any further. If the speed is the same why am I paying for the same slow speed? On top of that another 2-year contract. I have no choice but to file a complaint with DTI. Thank you I said my piece.
