account - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head Office my account was in arrears. not actually in arrears i was granted a 3months relieve.in january i paid the amount that vodacom told me to pay for my account to be up to date. now i'm told that my account is in arrears.Last week i was at a vodacom store for an upgrade then the guy told me that the payment is showing but the system still needs to update my account.he told me he'll sort that out. now i'm trying to contact the guy but it seems his avoiding me.please contact me at 0848809565.
