I have been buying and enjoying Beacon chocolates for many years.

I must report, however, that during the past few months (Feb - April 2021) I have been less than satisfied with the quality of some of the variants, particularly the Hazel Heaven. The product I have just consumed was manufactured on 26/11/2020 and BB 26/09/2021. The nuts in the chocolate were definitely not fresh, and very few in quantity.

Kindly advise your QA department to investigate this matter. I look forward to your feedback.
