Poor service not keeping their promise by reversing going back constantly for the same thing - Consumer Complaint for NEDBANK ( GLEN ACRES )

I have been going to Nedbank at Flora Centre for more than 6 Months to reverse the same debit order I have made an affidavit that I have never ever taken a loan from inbridge or just bridge they seem to change their name every couple of months I was there on Monday the lady- in one of the office I didn't take her name also white lade - promised to reverse it and said it would be in my bank account on Tuesday there is usually a white teller that does it and it reflects immediately it didn't show yesterday I went and queried it at Nedbank and they told me it cant be reversed I showed them the letter I wrote to Nedbank and the affidavit from the police to say it is fraud - my salary gets paid in there - I have never had this problem of them not reversing but going back every month is a hassle -
