I have contacted Betsie and Vodacom numerous times trying to settle this account.In the mean time I find out that I have been blacklisted because of a R280 vodacom account being outstanding.
I think this is very unfair because I have tried numerous times to make payment arrangements but I didn't get any response. See below screenshot and the mail I'm replying to are two separate emails.
Please provide me with a chance to settle this... I have been receiving R0 invoices from Vodacom for months... I didn't realise there was an outstanding amount as the contract was not renewed.

Comment I had the exact same problem. I never knew I had an outstanding amount. Nobody contacted me, so I spoke to an agent Rachel in the customer care department. She was so rude, laughed and spoke to her collogue while I was on the phone explaining my problem.
