LBC delivery - 5 follow ups - 81133933938 - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I was expecting a delivery from a provider post 1st Nov however delivery came early on 29th Nov via LBC, as was not aware there was no one in the house. No communication on missed delivery from LBC . On 2nd Nov I tried checking on tracking and found that they tried 2nd delivery on 30th but no one was there however that is a lie as that day we received another LBC delivery

Since then have called LBC 5 times and each time they promise that they will get it redelivered but no update. Also most of their customer services team is unresponsive and keeps on repeating one statement ... I would have spent 2 hours minimum last 1 week talking to different people . They also don’t transfer the call to supervisors , they start saying line is not clear

Got a mail from customer services but inspite of so many calls and each representative saying they are documenting my concern , the team from LBC is asking me my concern, plus unprofessional mail with no subject etc
