I applied for an internet connection at Converge on Feb and they confirmed that my area is serviceable. After paying the upfront payment in advance, they sent the technician to install around mid-Feb. However, the tech said that there is no available port and they cannot install. I requested for a refund but until now (May 20, 2020) no update and I didn’t get my refund yet. I hope someone can help me regarding this and I hope this will reach the higher department of Converge; not just the customer service. I hope I will get back my hard earned money!

Same sakin. January 2020 ako nag apply at nagbayad. After 2 months walang galaw kaya ng request ako ng cancellation. Ngayon July na, hindi ko na sila macontact. Laging busy yung number or biglang nagddrop yung call. Hindi sila sumasagot sa FB Messenger, seen lang. Sa email wala din.

same here.. upto now. lumipat kasi kami ng bahay. and wla sila available n service sa nilipatan naming area. so pnacancel ko na and im asking for a refund. kaso wla padin sila feedback for almost a month.

i have applied for converge and it was approved and queued for installation, installers called and did not came 3x, when i checked the website the status is already active. I complained 2x and nothing happened.

I called customer service many times and they confirmed it was already installed. How can that be, the payment confirmation is with me and nothing was installed in my house. They seem installed in another house.

same here until now wala parin update for refund my binigay na ticket# until now wala padin text or email na pwede ng kunin, sabi nyo converge mga 2 wks bago makuha, pahirapan maibalik yung perang dineposit namin

What's best would be to complain to a proper government agency. Unfortunately, it's been 2 months for me since I had to request for a refund.

same here i applied internet connection at converge on july 23,2020 and after paying the payment in advance, they sent a technician to install but due to our safety our barangay request the swab test of poeple who want to enter our barangay but they fail to represent it so they cannot install. so i wait a day, a month but still on technecian return so i applied a refund on nov.21,2020 they say 10 days i can claim my money but until now no update and I didn’t get my refund yet. hoping i will get back my hard earned money and I hope someone can help me regarding this and I hope this will reach the higher department of Converge...

Converge is not a good choice for your internet service:
-Cant reach their Hotline.
-Dont reply to emails for rebates or complaints
-Dont give rebates for no-internet days.
-Lots of dissatisfied customers at their office. I was not alone.

same here August, 2020 i paid the initial payment but then installation was cancelled due to no available port in our area
