Didn’t install my internet after getting payment.
I applied for internet connection last July but up until now October they still didn’t install my internet which I already paid. I’ve been trying to contact them bia email, call using landline and click2call in their website but no one is answering me back.

hello converge,after 3 months na nagpay po kami..wla n kming update s agent kaya ngdecide kami n magpakabit s globe dhil hnahabol nmin ung online class..plz refund ung money po nmin..tu
