Unable to find my betslip in my account - Consumer Complaint for SportyBet Ghana

Good evening..trust you're doing well...am.Dan from Kumasi...I have a pending bet which is left with three games to win...one was played tonight ,that is Real Madrid game...after the game ,I tried to check and cannot find the bet slip...i also don't know the bet ID..how do I retrieve it pls...the amount is about Ghc 124....it is left with tomorrow's games which are Basel and Tottenham...I need help pls....thanks
