Uncooked food and appalling customer service from Mark - Consumer Complaint for Nandos Head Office

We ordered click and collect from the Shirley Branch. Our 3 portion of chips and chicken were raw, the spicy rice and coleslaw came in a small when all sides were supposed to be large. I called the branch and spoke with Mark who claimed he was the manager, he was rude and had no customer service skills, and kept asking what do you want me to do. A good manager knows how to resolve issues and keep their customers happy but he showed no skill set. After I explained what customer service is he then offered a refund for just the sides but with further explanation to him he refunded the balance for the meal only.
I am very upset with this service from such a well named restaurant and feel that you should train your employees well.
