No Payment transferred from COD/COP - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

• COD/COP Serivce Request: I requested a COD/COP transaction via their online services last June 19 and for pick up on June 22. They failed to pick up that day so I requested online last June 22 to pick up June 23. On June 23, they were able to pick up but the prices they ask me to pay was different from the online price posted. I resorted to pay because I needed to deliver the item for my customer in Laguna with committed dates to receive. Documents like Official Receipt, Pick Up Receipt, Tracking Number, and SMS from LBC included in the attached documents
• LBC Delivery: My customer was able to receive the items successfully thus the presumption of crediting the payments to my BPI Account will happen within 2-3 days as they promised in their website and the call center agent I've talked to.
• Custumer Support Contact: 3 days have past, no money was reflected in my account. This made me find ways to follow up via call, FB messenger and email
o Contact number provided by LBC was not able to reach despite numerous efforts to try
o Tried their LBC FB page which led me to their FB Messenger, ending up talking to a chatbot. After many trials, I was successful in talking to a REAL cUSTOMER SERVICE Agent (details of conversation in the attached document. This happened on June 30. I've waited 3 days for them to reflect it to my bank account but none. I contacted them again via messenger but was not able to talk to a real human customer service representative. I resorted to email them in July 3 (see attached email sent to them). But to date, no response from them.
o As of this writing, no feedback from LBC yet and no amount was transferred to my account

Same scenario complaint #5428.

COD/COP Transaction, 5 tracking number walang payment July pa received and paid ni consignee. Everyday follow up sa cust service na kadalasang napuputol ang line. Follow up na din kay rider dispatcher but still follow up lang din magagawa sa back room, follow up na sa mga branch - follow up lang din kasi hindi daw nila handle ang online.

Head Ofc called me to ask acct number and still wala pa din nadedeposit sa acct ko.

Naka iwas ka nga sa bogus buyer, hinold naman ng LBC ang mga payment for 3weeks!

Same here! Sarap ipa tulfo ng LBC. For sure hindi lang isa or dalawang costumer yan. Masakita nyan magkano ang hindi naidedeposit. Nakikita naman nila yan na hindi pa nila nadedeposit. Sabi sakin invalid account daw. Pano kaya maging invalid ung ilang beses nakapag deposit sa account ko.

Same issue! I have almost 30 COD/ COP transactions already na hndi nadedeposit sa bank acct ko. All of these transactions were booked online. I guess my prob talaga sa online platform nila. Kakagigil! Follow up ng follow up wala kna man makukuhang resolution!

Same din. Oct 21 pa nareceived ng buyer yung package gang ngayon wala pang payment nacrecredit sa bank account ko from lbc. Reached out to them 3x about this through email. Nung una my reply saying na nireport na daw nila to sa dept na nakaassign sa mga ganitong concern. When i ask again for an update kasi wla pa rin, wala nang reply galing sa kanila (through email ulit). Kagigil sila ah.
