Unprofessional treatment - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

Good day

I went to pep stores today in Bethlehem, corner of Muller&Murray street. We didn't even realize that my son forgot his mask. We were in the store for only about 5 minutes. When we got to the cashier. She was extremely rude to my son about his mask.She yelled at him asking him why he didn't put on his mask.This lady wore a buff which is also not acceptable according to regulations especially in a clothing store. All the customers next to us could hear this. I asked her why there isn't a staff member at the door to make sure that all regulations are being followed? She just responded that there is no staff member. It is just concerning to me as all retail stores have somebody at the door to make sure that regulations are being followed. My son immediately went outside. He is on cruthes and very vulnerable. He is only 12.
I know that we were in the wrong, but she didn't have to treat him this way. He is only a child. The name of this staff member is Mamolikoe.I demand a apology and I also want to know if steps will be taken against this staff member. If I treat a costumer this way I will be suspended.
