Discount not activated - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeOn 24/12/2020 I called cancelletion department to terminate a contract, but was convinced to upgrade it in exchange for a 50% discount on all my other contracts. The discount was not activated and I followed up on 18/02/2021.Again Vodacom promised me they will activate the discount. To this day am still paying lot of money to Vodacom. I called countless times to request a calls recording of 24/12/2020 and that of 18/02/2021,but Vodacom is denying me access to the recordings. On all calls I was calling from No:0827738810. I am appealing to you to please activate the discount, backdated to 1st of January 2021.
