I would like to file a complaint against LBC Urdaneta Branch regarding our mailings dated April 24, 2020. We've mailed on that day and they noted pick-up on our mailings, we found out when we ask them last June 13, 2020, when we followed up personally our mailings to their branch because the recipient of our mailings followed up us that they did not received yet our mailings. I had also emailed your customer care (custom***@lbcexpress.com) 3 times dated July 9, 10, & 24 using my email (acemve***@ipi.ph) but I did not received any response. So, again, we went personally to LBC Urdaneta Branch to follow up again our mailings, they said that they will coordinate to their head office and will return to us. We've waited but we did not received the said mailings. We were getting the phone number of of their head office but they said that it is confidential. So, again and again, we went to LBC Urdaneta Branch dated August 29, 2020 to follow up but they said that it was already disposed. How come that it was already disposed when they said that they will coordinate to their head office to follow up and return to us our mailings??? They were also texted us last August 29, 2020 at 6:41pm and asked what are inside of our package (take note that this is only the text message we received, nothing more). We replied that those mailings are important, it has documents and receipts of our expenses here in our branch to be submitted to our main office. They were not informing us again until today, September 10, 2020, so we went again to LBC Urdaneta Branch but they were not entertaining us well and said that our mailings was already disposed.
Please notice this complaint because we want our mailings to be retrieve AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Thank you!
