Not getting my monies worth - Consumer Complaint for CORNWALL COMMUNICATIONS LTD

My account is 9819....I'm paying $4100.00 a month and I'm not getting my monies worth!I'm not getting TNT, Bet, USA, Fox Action, VH1-NA,AXN among others, trying to get customer service and I've yet to have my calls answered! This company has three numbers all of which go unanswered!
