No internet access for 10 days - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have fibre, on the 31st it went down. I called 082 1904 on the 1st February. The lady promised to to send me SR via email and disappeared. On Tuesday I called again. This time this SR was opened SR210202-146969.That was actually the beginning of my nightmare.The next day I received a email closing the SR but my problem not solved. I called again, another SR opened and next day closed. Until today I am experiencing the trauma of no work done, losing customers cause I am working from home. No telephone service and no TV. I have never been inconvenienced in this cruel manner in my life.

Several times I tried to speak to management, but never happened. I insisted on holding the line cause they never call back as promised. I hold the line for 45min and he decided not to take my call still and was told he is still busy. Never returned to me. Took a picture of the fibre box outside my house filled with water send it to the begging them to send a technician. It never happened. I told them to cancel my contract hoping that someone will help me. Did not work. Instead of a call I got a bill to pay. Now I am stuck with no internet access, no promise of it to be solved and loosing my job cause haven't been able to work for two weeks now and Vodacom will be expecting me to pay them while they are the once killing my business. Please help me, send a technician to come check why I am not getting internet access. Current and open SR210209-180886.
