Delayed Refund - Consumer Complaint for CTM Head Office

I returned goods(Baobab skirting) amounting R1999 last week Thursday. I was told that the amount was too much to be refunded in cash and was asked to provide the bank account number which I did but still now I haven't received the Money. Every time I get enquire I am told that someone will call me but no one calls me back. This is poor customer service All this happened at Westgate branch. I urgently need that money. Please treat your customers with great consideration
