LOST IN TRANSIT CARGO - Consumer Complaint for JRS Express - Ozamis City, Misamis Occidental



I would like to file a formal complain regarding my lost in transit cargo.
I have availed for the delivery service of JRS Express since it was known to be of good service in our community. My item was a newly bought laptop and I have it crated with a wooden box for security of the item. Due to consolidated shipment it was explained further by the staff that the item may took several days to arrive. With confidence I waited for the item to arrive on my receiver's address. I tried to call the customer service several times and track online but no changes was made in the online tracking. Feedback was still in transit.
I have send email to customer services and check on the local number on the port of distanation and same reply was given to me.
1 month came and I already feel something is not right.
I have reach the number of the warehouse in Cagayan de Oro City (Mr. Warren) and as he said he did not receive the item.
I have check with Lapu2x branch and reply was it was already out of their warehouse.

For all shipments, this is always accompanied by shipment invoice and shipment manifest. Consolidated shipment are pack in one pallet and delivered in a forklift on board.

My item was crated in a wooden box and my item was a newly bought laptop.
It is impossible to be lost in transit or lost on board.
Reports should have been made if it was not received in the warehouse.
Reports should have been made if it the shipment manifest is not complete.
Errors should prompt the system for irregularities.

Until now, I have no feedback from the company.
Have already send various email with customer service.
Have already forwarded my complaint trend email at both jrsexp***@yahoo.com and jrs express Lapu Lapu branch.
No feedback and no actions has been made.

Hope with my post, someone could notify me to further investigate my complaint and raise my complaint on the higher department concern.
