Tracking# 0000000000046155363. Pinadala noong 04/19/2021, dalawang box. Nirepack nila ang gamit isa isa. bakit nilagay ang mga lata ng gatas sa box ng electricfan. Nabasag ang electricfan ko. Dapat maingat sila sa pg repack, diba nila nakita na babasagin ang electricfan. Ang mahal ng binayaran ko sa pacargo. May insurance ang box. Ano mangyayari ngayon. ang mahal pa naman ng electricfan pag bili ko. Please pay attention to my complain. Im very disappointed.

I would like to file a formal complain regarding my lost in transit cargo.
I have availed for the delivery service of JRS Express since it was known to be of good service in our community. My item was a newly bought laptop and I have it crated with a wooden box for security of the item. Due to consolidated shipment it was explained further by the staff that the item may took several days to arrive. With confidence I waited for the item to arrive on my receiver's address. I tried to call the customer service several times and track online but no changes was made in the online tracking. Feedback was still in transit.
I have send email to customer services and check on the local number on the port of distanation and same reply was given to me.
1 month came and I already feel something is not right.
I have reach the number of the warehouse in Cagayan de Oro City (Mr. Warren) and as he said he did not receive the item.
I have check with Lapu2x branch and reply was it was already out of their warehouse.

For all shipments, this is always accompanied by shipment invoice and shipment manifest. Consolidated shipment are pack in one pallet and delivered in a forklift on board.

My item was crated in a wooden box and my item was a newly bought laptop.
It is impossible to be lost in transit or lost on board.
Reports should have been made if it was not received in the warehouse.
Reports should have been made if it the shipment manifest is not complete.
Errors should prompt the system for irregularities.

Until now, I have no feedback from the company.
Have already send various email with customer service.
Have already forwarded my complaint trend email at both jrsexp***@yahoo.com and jrs express Lapu Lapu branch.
No feedback and no actions has been made.

Hope with my post, someone could notify me to further investigate my complaint and raise my complaint on the higher department concern.

This John Cristopher Ocenar. I received my parcel today and it was totally damaged. Icontact my sender and tried to coordinate with your branch at sapang palay but they said, they shipped it in a good condition. But i received it wrecked. The speaker inside loose for no reason.

I would like to file a formal complaint against JRS Sucat Branch addressed to Nick Cristobal with employee I. D 11701. My parcel was shipped February 7,2020 (see attached file for details) based on the JRS online tracker it was supposed to be delivered on February 8,2020 however JRS texted me that I had a problematic mail and so I called them the next day February 9,2020. They promised that my parcel would be delivered the next day. I waited and yet no one called or delivered the parcel. I called 3 times and confirmed and they kept promising that the parcel will be delivered the next day. I called yesterday and talked to Nick Cristobal and he promised that it will be delivered today February 18,2020 yet I waited the whole day and no parcel was delivered. This isnthe worst courier I've encountered so far, the parcel just came from the Philippines and not from abroad which makes it unreasonable for it to take this long to be delivered. I hope you will take full action on this. Kindly see attached file for your reference in regards to the details of the parcel.

At first,he called me up and asked wala ba daw tawo sa amo.I'm expecting that he's outside our residence already and I said, my helper is there. So I called my helper made her wait outside because I don't want him to wait too long just like my other couriers.But,he was in the wrong address pala.He kept on asking me pa if my househelp is a boy kay lake ra daw naa and made me talk to an irritated man's voice on the line.Maybe the man was also confused.And I asked him,where he was exactly but the one who answered was a woman and then we talked and I gave her directions.I will still give her the specifics because I know from their standpoint,just a drive away will be our residence but she said ok so I thought she got it. When they were from the landmark where most couriers would consider as their base para makatultol,that irate delivery man called me again and murmuring and raising his voice at me.Wow!I was shocked.Normally,the delivery men from other other couriers would say,asa naman dayon mam? But he was so different.He kept on raising his voice at me.I told him,don't raise your voice at me.I was telling you the direction and you kept on interrupting.The whole time,his voice was raised.According to my househelp,when he was handing the item,he was murmuring.Kini nga tawo,dili ma gani kabalo magapogize sa iyang sayop.May gana pang maningka ug customers.Maayo unta sakto sya. I will attach the photos of the transaction to help you determine the delivery man that I am referring to.
