Damaged parcel delivered! - Consumer Complaint for JRS Express - Ozamis City, Misamis Occidental

This John Cristopher Ocenar. I received my parcel today and it was totally damaged. Icontact my sender and tried to coordinate with your branch at sapang palay but they said, they shipped it in a good condition. But i received it wrecked. The speaker inside loose for no reason.
