Poor delivery service - Consumer Complaint for JRS Express - Ozamis City, Misamis Occidental

I would like to file a formal complaint against JRS Sucat Branch addressed to Nick Cristobal with employee I. D 11701. My parcel was shipped February 7,2020 (see attached file for details) based on the JRS online tracker it was supposed to be delivered on February 8,2020 however JRS texted me that I had a problematic mail and so I called them the next day February 9,2020. They promised that my parcel would be delivered the next day. I waited and yet no one called or delivered the parcel. I called 3 times and confirmed and they kept promising that the parcel will be delivered the next day. I called yesterday and talked to Nick Cristobal and he promised that it will be delivered today February 18,2020 yet I waited the whole day and no parcel was delivered. This isnthe worst courier I've encountered so far, the parcel just came from the Philippines and not from abroad which makes it unreasonable for it to take this long to be delivered. I hope you will take full action on this. Kindly see attached file for your reference in regards to the details of the parcel.
