Irate and rude delivery man - Consumer Complaint for JRS Express - Ozamis City, Misamis Occidental

At first,he called me up and asked wala ba daw tawo sa amo.I'm expecting that he's outside our residence already and I said, my helper is there. So I called my helper made her wait outside because I don't want him to wait too long just like my other couriers.But,he was in the wrong address pala.He kept on asking me pa if my househelp is a boy kay lake ra daw naa and made me talk to an irritated man's voice on the line.Maybe the man was also confused.And I asked him,where he was exactly but the one who answered was a woman and then we talked and I gave her directions.I will still give her the specifics because I know from their standpoint,just a drive away will be our residence but she said ok so I thought she got it. When they were from the landmark where most couriers would consider as their base para makatultol,that irate delivery man called me again and murmuring and raising his voice at me.Wow!I was shocked.Normally,the delivery men from other other couriers would say,asa naman dayon mam? But he was so different.He kept on raising his voice at me.I told him,don't raise your voice at me.I was telling you the direction and you kept on interrupting.The whole time,his voice was raised.According to my househelp,when he was handing the item,he was murmuring.Kini nga tawo,dili ma gani kabalo magapogize sa iyang sayop.May gana pang maningka ug customers.Maayo unta sakto sya.
